Either of us — whoever you write, the other is looped in the same day. Mike is based in the Washington DC area, Alec in Dallas–Fort Worth, so pick whoever is closer if you'd rather meet in person.
Every conversation stays between us. No employees, customers, or competitors will hear about it from us — ever. Exploring your options should cost you nothing, including your privacy.
One of us replies personally, usually within two business days. The first conversation is thirty minutes, and it's just that — a conversation. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to sign.
